Grokbookings (GB) allows you to start your Search by Type of Accommodation and Location Categories.
Within a chosen Category you will be able to apply your own Search Filters to find your ideal accommodation.
GB works on a Request To Book (RTB) system.
Clicking on your property of choice will take you to an RTB action page.
You would then choose your Required Dates on a pop up calendar and click on the RTB button.
To proceed with your first GB booking you are then requested to Register as a user.
The GB registration process includes a confirmation of email address process.
After successful Registration you will be directed to page where you can Add Details to your booking request.
Make sure you are familiar with our Terms and Conditions, tick the I agree box and Send Request
You will get a Booking Requested screen confirming the request was sent.
You can also View your booking and the booking number allocated to it with an option to Cancel the Request if required.
You can also View your Booking in the drop down menu under your user name on the main menu.
The Booking Status at this stage it will show as Pending.
You will then receive an email confirmation when the host Accepts this booking request.
On receipt of this notification he would have to proceed to the Booking Payment to confirm this booking.
